Deep Dives

we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth organization of our
Deep Dive sessions. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Participant Cancellation

• More than 2 weeks before the start date: Full refund
• Less than 2 weeks before the start date: No refund or possibility to use the
  registration fee for enrollment in a future Deep Dive session.

2. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of serious and unforeseen personal circumstances causing a last-minute
cancellation, the participant will be offered a full refund. Supporting documentation
may be requested.

3. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement participant from your
company at no additional cost, subject to approval.

4. Organizer Cancellation
In the event that we must cancel the Deep Dive session (e.g., insufficient
participants, force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee.
