We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the smooth organization of our economic missions. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Participant Cancellation
- More than 6 weeks before departure: Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
- 2-6weeks before departure: 50% refund of the participation fee.
- Less than 2 weeks before departure: No refund.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of serious and unforeseen personal circumstances (e.g., death or serious illness in the family) causing a last-minute cancellation, the participant will be offered a refund minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred on his or her behalf (such as bookings, deposits, or administrative costs). Supporting documentation may be requested.
3. Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement participant from your company at no additional cost, subject to approval.
4. Organizer Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a mission due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient participants, travel restrictions, force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of the participation fee. ,.
5. Travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel and visa (if applicable). We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds in cases where cancellation is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

- Your scaleup has at least 1 customer abroad or internationalization is necessary from day 1.
- You have already attracted (pre-) seed investments and/or can demonstrate that you have sufficient funds to expand internationally.
- Your product-market fit has been established; your market readiness level (MRL) is level 6.
- Your product or service is complete, operational, and ready to scale up; your minimum technology readiness level (TRL) is level 8.
- You have a clear view of why and how moving into this market is important for your scaleup.
- You're eager to get the ball rolling internationally!
